Our principal Koyo Seiko Co. Ltd merged with Toyoda Machine Works Ltd and the company’s name was officialy changed to JTEKT Corporation in January 2006. “KOYO” has been known as famous global brand for bearings product thus the company decided to keep using “KOYO” as its brand.

In line with our desire to stay always ahead of the times and be a leading company that persistently challenges new frontiers since January 2013 new motto “Creating the Next Value” has been launched. It means producing value from things not yet valued.
